Salad Master


Salad Master has been a huge find for me in my lifestyle and I use it whenever I can.

The reason for this is that it cooks your food at a lower temperature that keeps a much higher percentage of your foods nutrition within the food rather than cooking with pots, pans and the oven which generally cook at high temperatures and can destroy the foods nutritional values.

When using Salad Master there is nothing else required, there is no need to add water, oils or fats. The nutritional content of foods cooked in water or have had water added to them is considerably decreased. The addition of oils to food is also unnecessary as it is an unwanted fat.

I have found that after using Salad Master for a while then going back to other methods of cooking that a noticeable difference is there with taste, colour and size of the food cooked.
